A Tale of Delight (Short film)

Blaise Pascal wrote, 'all men seek happiness, this is without exception... whatever different means they employ, they all tend to this end... This is the motive of every action of every man...' After witnessing a family tragedy, Michael, a suffering young writer, must decide where his hope for peace rests - life or death. This film, inspired by real life events and Pascal's insight, explores the craving for happiness at the heart of human action, regardless of the means we employ.
